The software detects the network signals but when you press the connect button, it says "Connecting" and stays there. What could be the problem?
Check the drivers of the device in Device Manager. Make sure that the device is installed properly. If you are in Device Manager, make sure that there are no network adapters disabled and everything is working fine. This could also be a configuration-related issue and you should re-install the application in that case. Signal might cause this problem as well, if you're using a USB modem. The device can't acquire the signal to make the connection.
