Allscripts UAI DesktopAgent problems.

Question

Is there a way to prevent the splash on the screen that the UAI Desktop Agent does? Also, is there a way to keep it off from Windows Tool Tray? Most Tool Tray items are in the run key, but this is a web application and we don't have a trick for it.

No, there isn't a way to prevent the "splash" on the screen that the UAI Desktop Agent does. If you want to remove it from Tool Tray, right-click the taskbar, select Properties and press the Customize button below Notification area. After that, locate the Allscripts UAI DesktopAgent icon and select Hide icon and notifications from the Behaviors drop-down list. Click OK and the program's icon () will disappear.
