I have version 3.8 software. The Voyager scanning device is not working. The red light is showing on the appliance but the scanning light is not working.
The device will not work if you don't use the configuration file which instructs the file to work with the software. You can obtain this file from the manufacturer of your device since iGo Figure does not have these files.
