Can I recover PC Digital Safe?

I have been using PC Digital Safe for years and depend on it as it stored many of passwords. It has disappeared from my computer. Can I recover it?

The application you've used is not developed anymore and doesn't have any support. In cases of vault applications, if you delete the main application and leave your items locked then if you perform a new installation, you will lose everything without any possibility to retrieve the content back.
