Bandoo is installed on my computer, but I can't view the emotions in my Hotmail or my Windows Live Messenger. How do I get them back?

Bandoo is installed on my computer, but I can't view the emotions in my Hotmail or my Windows Live Messenger. How do I get them back? My browser is Internet Explorer. Thank you for assistance.

You need to download the latest version of Bandoo and Live Messenger. You can update Live Messenger from Windows Live Essentials application. Once you complete these steps, Bandoo will work just fine.
