Can I transfer photos from laptop to desktop PC?

Is it possible to transfer photos in Picasa to a new desktop PC?

This application will allow you to configure, install and deploy drivers to your machine. It does not have the possibility to transfer photos to Picasa. You can export the content from Picasa to any folder on the PC.
