You will need to create a port forward rule on the router's configuration page. To access the router, go to Start > Run > CMD and type ipconfig|findstr "Gateway". Copy the IP and paste it on your browser. Access the administration area and type the username and password for your router. Once on the configuration page, go to Port Forward and input the IP of the computer with the e-NGAS application as well as the IP, and then you will be able to access the application from outside. However, if you encounter the error you specify then you might need to check the configuration for your router and the application.
