How to change signatory in the report form?

I would like to ask if I can possibly change the signatory in report module?

While the software isn't available anymore, you will need to check this information by yourself. Access the configuration settings and look for the Signature module. If there isn't anything related to this process, then the software doesn't allow you to change the signature.
