This is an Android based device. It means that it supports only APK file, this being the default executable file format for these devices. You can't run EXE, BAT, SISX, MSI or any other known executable files. You should install apps only through the official store available in the device (Google Play Store). Any type of file that you attempt to launch will give you an "Unsupported file format" error.
