When I'm trying to burn the videos on my DVD, I receive an "80040209" error. What can I do?
In order to fix the issue, uninstall the software, run a registry cleaner from Software Informer database to make sure that there are no leftover registry keys in your system, reinstall the program and try again. If it doesn't work, I suggest you burn your videos using another burning utility.
