You can't open the application because it is compatible only with Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 98SE, Windows ME, Windows NT, Windows 2000 and Windows XP platforms. You can either try other similar application from Software Informer database or the Windows 7 Compatibility Mode. Right click on the program icon and go to Properties > Compatibility tab. Check the Run this program in compatibility mode for box and select a compatible operating system from the drop-down list. Click Apply and then OK.
