EZ Vinyl tape converter will not start.

Does anyone know how to get EZ Vinyl to recognize iTunes. When I attempt to open EZ Vinyl Tape converter I get an error that iTunes must be loaded. I have iTunes v10.2.1.1 loaded. I have uninstalled iTunes and reinstalled iTunes, I have uninstalled EZ Vinyl and reinstalled it. Still get the message that iTunes must be loaded. I can not figure out why EZ Vinyl is not seeing iTunes.
