How can you make a memo in this program? I know how to make a report, but I am taking a class and the book asks to make a memo. Can this be done?
According to information found on the Help menu and on the official website of the product, there isn't a memo option that can be used in the program. However, the book that you used, might refer on making a report note / comment. See the picture below.
