Ver 5.0.0.2 creating error: password bank, abstract error.

Question

Originally installed ver 5.0.0.2 on Alienware m17 notebook for fingerprint reader. Has worked fine all these years but now conflicts with Dreamweaver's later versions. I uninstalled and installed the latest version but now the fingerprint reader doesn't work. Suggestions? Are there older versions I can try?

It's rather unusual for a fingerprint database application to interfere with a development studio. There is something connecting them, or it's just a simple application error. My advice is to remove both applications and then install one after another. If I am correct, both applications should work properly. I have checked all the websites, but I couldn't find a connection between these two applications.
