No response from device while sending commands.

I am trying to implement command SetTime from Global Logger II protocol, but I can't do that. I don't know where the problem is. I am sending a correctly formed message but there is no response from device.

You need to check if the device is available for connection. The first thing to check is if the driver's installed correctly for the device. Go to Device Manager and make sure there are no yellow or red items in the list. Additionally, check the device's IP address. You might experience problems if the device can't be reached in which case it will only give you errors.
