Question

I recorded the energy data into to energy logger 3000, transfer it to a memory card and this one to the computer.

There are a lot of bin-files. But when I try to add a new logger, I got following error message: "ERROR! ERROR ('122). The index are out of range. It don't have to be negative and smaller than the listing.

Did anyone got this error message. Did you find out a reason or soltution to this.

I logged several data, in some cases there are no problems, in some other cases I got this error. It would be great, if someone could help me.

I'm afraid I can't help but I can confirm that I have exactly the same message here (Energy Logger 2.3, hardware is Energy Logger 3500).

And I do have the same phenomenon that viewing data sometimes is not working (Message 'You have to choose the directory' which I surely did!). When I write the data to the SD Card some hours later suddenly the data are recognised and can be processed.

I hope that somebody can help....
