cannot add data coming from Energy Logger 4000F

Question

I use EnergyLogger 2.5 on windows XP (french) with .bin files coming from and Voltcraft Energy Logger 4000F. I create a new file (File/New). Then I try to add the .bin data files using tools/add journal. I select the folder where the .bin files are but I always get the dialog box: "Please select a data folder". Do you understand why ?

Me too. But I understood. The manual say you must wait when 99% flash a moment. If you have a lot of data, this time will be longer

It's the same for me. I cannot open my .bin data. I've put them on my desktop yet but when I try to add using tools/add journal, it don't detect the data file, as if there was nothing on my desktop. I don't know if it's exactly the same problem but it's quite similar. Is there someone who have the answer please? :)

Hello. At first, try a folder with only one .bin file. It seems to be impossible to choose between more than one .bin data. But i have a problem too: The software isn't reading that .bin file after opening. Someone else with this problem? Who can help me?
