How do I fix USB Phone BLR 'List index out of bound error (1) ' and get the USB VoIP phone to work with Skype 5.5?

This is a discontinued application. It will not run in Windows 7 because its development stopped. If you still want to proceed to use it in Windows 7, make sure to apply a compatibility setting to its executable file. Windows XP is recommended for compatibility mode.
