When I connect my Samsung GT C3222 to charger it shows PC Suite and Mass Storage, but when we connect it to PC, it shows USB has malfunction and Windows does not recognize it. Please, tell me what I can do.
You will need the help of Samsung Kies to connect the phone through PC. Your phone is not recognized because of the missing drivers Windows needs to properly identify the hardware components from your phone. Unplug the phone from the computer, download and install Kies and then plug it back. Your phone will be installed using the built-in drivers that Kies installs.
