"Supports to reload the opened PDF document that is modified by other PDF tools."

PDF document opened in Foxit Reader can't be modified by other PDF tools because it is locked by Foxit Reader. How can I use this feature? What is required to setup? I'm generating PDF document by ant script and I would like to use this feature.

Although this feature is mentioned, it isn't working all the time because different application work different and sometimes they need exclusive access to the file that is going to be edited.

I love foxit for PDF reading and commenting, but for this feature I turn to TeXworks. Although I do not use it for tex editing, it has a nice pdf viewer that do not lock the PDF file in windows and reloads it automatically upon any changes. Just use the open with option in windows and point to the texworks.exe.
