Yes, Foxit Reader can generate PDF files directly from its interface. To create a PDF, open the application, then go to Home tab. On the right area you’ll see a Create section. From that location you will have the possibility to create PDF files using different sources like: From File, From Scanner, Blank, From Clipboard. Each of these functions will create a PDF file that’s ready to be modified and customized as you want.
