Upgrade information for PCI TV components.

When installing the driver for my PCI TV Card I got the following question from the Windows Media Component Setup: Upgrade newer components only OR Reinstall all components.

If the program offers the possibility to upgrade to newer components, then you should accept it as the Windows Media Component isn't available anymore. Install the application for the TV Tuner and also accept the installation for the components package. It's known that Windows Media is a required component for almost all of the TV Tuners released on the market.
