Unfortunately, there isn't an official resource available to download the driver for your TV tuner, but you can try using Google search engine to find and install it. Also, you can try using a driver identifier from Software Informer database. After you download the driver, press Windows+R key combination, type devmgmt.msc and click OK. Expand the Sound, video and games controllers and Universal Serial Bus controllers lists, right-click on the TV tuner driver and select Update Driver Software. Use the Browse option to navigate to the installation package, select the driver and install it following the on-screen instructions.
