Downloading ArcGIS Desktop Evaluation Edition.

I downloaded and activated it but can't seem to access it. What am I doing wrong?

The application requires Internet access to work properly. Although it's activated, you should check if you meet system requirements. Firewall needs to allow the application to communicate with Internet.
