Mapinfo cannot create a file.

It doesn't open after installation, a window pops out with the message : "Cannot create a file". How can I solve this?

This issue might appear after the installation and can be easily solved by running the program using Administrator rights. To do this, right click on the program icon from the desktop and choose Run as administrator. If you can't start the application, it might be due to an internal error. In this case, I suggest you update your app version to the latest release. It has been tested and no error was encountered. You can obtain a download link for the latest version from Software Informer application's page.
