The product doesn't work properly.

When someone calls me, the phone rings, but it will not stop ringing even after I lift the receiver. My callers don't get any response from me. I have missed a lot of calls and I have no other phone. How can I fix this problem?

It's possible that you encounter an internal error. To fix it, try to perform a fresh install of the product. In order to do that, you first need to completly remove it from your system. This can be done from Start > Control Panel > Programs and features > uSkyPhone > Uninstall. To be noticed that you should keep applications on your system up-to-date at all time. To download the latest version of this one, visit the developer's official website. The latest version listed there is 3.0.0.27.
