We are trying to use SendBlaster. We have 1.500 lists and 5.300 contacts in our Outlook. We want to transfer our contacts from Outlook to SendBlaster. We are doing the following steps: We enter in Outlook, and one by one, we save all the list in a folder with the extension of a text document. After we open SendBlaster, we create a new list and we import the file, BUT when we import the list, we CAN'T import the names of our contacts just the emails. How to import all together?

The process that you follow is time consuming and it doesn't work all the time as you can see. The best way to import your contacts from Outlook to SendBlaster, is to export all your contacts into a CSV file. SendBlaster can import CSV files. By doing this, you make sure that all your contacts are correctly inputed into the program. To do this, open Outlook > File > Import and Export > Export to a file > Comma separated values (Windows) > Contacts > chose a name for the file > Export. After you did this, open SendBlaster > Import > Import from external File > choose the path to the file > select the First row contains filed names option and click Next > Next > OK. Now, all your contacts will be imported correctly and you will be able to see their names.
