The software doesn't have a built-in email system, meaning that the moment you click on Send E-mail, it will use the default email client/address to attach the content to send it. That's why the Orange website is loading as default.
You won't have the possibility of using direct email sending if there is no client installed on your PC. For example, you can use Outlook Express or Thunderbird to add the account there. Orange should support POP3/IMAP servers and this can be checked on the Settings page for Orange email configuration.
Outlook Express and Thunderbird works with POP3/IMAP protocols and you can add your Orange account there to make it as being the default.
Once the account is set up as default, simply click to send the card as email and one of those programs will start automatically with the content added.
