Support on Windows 7 for Cisco IP Communicator.

Is Cisco IP Communicator supported on Windows 7? I get a blue screen with error : DRIVERIRQLNOTLESSOR_EQUAL caused by cipcCdp.sys which I guess, is a Cisco IP Communicator file.

You need to download and install the latest version because it is compatible with Windows 7 in 32 or 64bit mode. Version 8.6 is optimized to work on Windows 7. The problem is that the blue screen is encountered in versions 7.0 and lower. The latest version fixes this bug.
