I receive a "File path error 76" message on backup database. What can I do?

You receive this error because the program or the computer was unable to find the specified path. In order to fix it, try to respecify the path (the drive plus the directories and sub-directories that must be traversed to locate the file). If you have problems, remove the software from your computer (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) and install it again.
