I have problems with IncrediMail notifier.

I entered "Male" for gender, but the butler tells me I have mail by saying, "You have mail, Madam." How can I get him to call me sir? Also, how can I get a french maid instead of a butler?

In order to make him call you sir, I suggest you update the software to the latest version. During the installation process select again Male as you gender and your country. After that, launch the program and click the Notifier icon next to Contacts. Click the Character button and select one of the two Butler Bob characters. If it will continue to say you madam, select the other one. If you want to change it, click the Get More Notifiers. Click Here! link and wait the program to redirect you to the official web page. From the Collections list, select International, press Countries and add the Madmoiselle character to your Notifiers list.
