Problem with the IncrediMail Xe.

I was using IncrediMail Xe Free version since last 5 years. Recently I have been using The Premium Version. Now I am facing a lot of trouble while opening & using the mail almost every day, which I never faced while using the Free version. Now neither I can install the new version nor get the Repair of the existing one. The existing installed version is 5.8.6 4332. However, at present it is completely unusable. Whenever I try to open the mail it gives a message like: "Installing in progress. Please try again." Can you help me?

It appears that the installation is having issues. This happens when another software messed up the installer for the application. You will have to remove the whole installation then perform another fresh install of IncrediMail Xe. To remove IncrediMail Xe use Revo Uninstaller. It will automatically delete all the bad files and registry entries that affect the functionality of Incredimail Xe.
