Skype does not disconnect after a talk ended. I have to restart Skype to finish the conversation. But, unfortunately, some portion of Skype remains in memory, and Skype never starts. I have to restart Skype for the application to work again.
If you have problems with the application, then I advise re-installing it through the official website. This also updates the client on your computer to the latest version of the Skype. Access the official website to download the streaming installer. Additionally, make sure to install latest Visual C++ Runtime. After this operation, Skype should work normally.
