Problem with installing EXCUS CD in Windows 7. The CD/Dongle does not run.

Your problem might be related to the fact that the CD isn't compatible with the Windows 7. In particular, the installer is not supported by Windows 7. Go to Start > Computer and then explore the contents of the CD. Right click the installer and change its compatibility to something else other than Windows 7 (Windows XP). Accept the changes then right click the package and select Run as Administrator.
