You need to install the drivers first then check their installation using Device Manager. It is known that Bluetooth causes problems and the installation is usually not finished. Access Device Manager and make sure that there are no yellow entries in the list of devices. You might need to perform a manual repair to fix the problem. However, when the installation is finished, turn on the mouse and press the pairing button underneath.
