Unfortunately, there isn't any online resource available to download the camera driver and you will need to install it from your CD. In order to fix the CD/DVD drive, try to run the Fix It utility developed by Microsoft. It is free of charge and it allows you to diagnose and repair CD or DVD drive issues. If it doesn't work, press Windows + R key combination, type devmgmt.msc and click OK. Expand the DVD/CD-Rom Drives list, right-click on the driver and select Uninstall. Reboot your computer and Windows should automatically find and reinstall the drivers.
