Dell uses the Dell Webcam Center software to install drivers to their webcam products attached to laptops. You will need to use My Account section in order to download the necessary software. You will be asked to register your laptop based on its serial number in order for the website to provide you with the right drivers and software. Please create an account and you will find necessary software under My Downloads in the members area.
