I'm unable to connect to Internet using my old Safaricom modem.

I'm unable to connect to Internet from my desktop PC using my old Safaricom modem. It tells me that "A port is unavailable or is in use by another device". The computer is able to detect the device, but the problem appear when I click on "Connect". Can you help?

In order to solve the problem, press Alt + Ctrl + Delete key combination and close all communication programs using Task Manager. After that, go to Start > Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Device Manager, expand the Modem list, right-click the Safaricom device and select Properties. Click Disable in this hardware profile, reboot your computer and go again to the Safaricom Properties window. Press the Enable option, click OK and close all windows. If the problem is not solved, reinstall the Safaricom Broadband application. Also, check the troubleshooting guide provided by Microsoft.
