How can I connect to the Internet using Launch GSimReaderApp.exe software?

The product I have (SY-269) gives an option of connecting to the Internet.

I have managed to get the application but I don't see any way of connecting to the Internet using it. It's more like a SIM contacts manager and backup because it allows you to perform such operations between a SIM card and a PC.
