In order to fix the issue, I suggest you try transferring the VHS content to DVD format at a lower speed. If this doesn't fix it, remove the software from your computer using its uninstaller or Add or Remove Programs feature (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) and install it again. If it still doesn't work, try using another similar utility from Software Informer database.
