I get a "Call Rejected" error.

When I'm trying to make a call using Vyke PC software, I get a "Call Rejected" error. I have tried to get in touch with the support team using support@vyke.com but all the emails are returned by Google with "Delivery Failure" message. Are they still in business? What can I do?

In order to fix the issue, make sure your security program and Windows Firewall doesn't block the connection. After that, update the software to the latest version and close all applications that may use your Internet bandwidth. If the problem persists, use the contact form from the official web page to get in touch with the Support Team. Also, you can use another similar application from Software Informer database.
