In order to fix the issues, navigate to Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a program, click the Turn Windows Features on or off, un-check the Internet Explorer box, click Apply and then OK. After that, reboot your computer and enable the browser using Turn Windows Features on or off. Also, press Ctrl + Shift + Delete key combination and clear all cookies, cache and temporary Internet Files.
Another solution is to disable one by one the installed toolbars and plugins. Launch the browser, click the Alt key and from the Tools menu, select Manage Add-ons. Click the Toolbars and Extensions option, select the toolbars/plugins from the right pane and click the Disable button. If you still have issues, update the browser to the latest version.
