You can try to install it using the Compatibility Mode. Right-click the installation package, select Properties and navigate to the Compatibility tab. Check the Run this program in compatibility mode for box and select a compatible operating system from the drop-down list. After that, right-click again on the installer and select the Run as Administrator option. If it doesn't work, you can try to install it in the Windows XP Mode environment.
