My Cambridge Klett-Compact Dictionary doesn't work in Windows 7 64bit. The problem should be something related to Illuminator Packets. I can install the Dictionary, but the program doesn't run anymore. It used to work in Windows XP.

The application you are trying to run is not Windows 7 ready, which means it suffers from compatibility issues (like the one you're having). You can try a quick fix by setting the required executable/application to run in Compatibility Mode with Windows XP. You can do that by right clicking the application, the Properties, Compatibility tab and from the drop down menu choose Windows XP Service Pack 3. Optionally, restart the computer and then run the application again. If it works, then the problem is somewhat solved but if it fails, then you will need to obtain a new version of the software which is Windows 7 ready.
