Time limits regarding the key cards.

I am experiencing some difficulties with regarding time limits set for individual key cards. Example: I issue a key card that is active from 8:00 A to 6:00 P; however, at 5:00 P the card is no longer active. This problem is consistently occurring with all of our employees. What information could you provide me to remedy the situation?

Since there is no official troubleshooting for the application, I would like to recommend checking the configuration settings of the application. Go to Settings and make sure the date is properly set up. Most of the applications use a general time date format with GMT/PDT support. Access the settings and identify the setting related to the date and clock. Assign it properly and the key cards won't expire any more. I suspect the problem is related to the clock being improperly set up.
