What situation is better regarding these graphic cards?

What is better: AMD Radeon HD 7520 2 GB dedicated memory or nVidia GForce GTX 650 1 GB of memory?

You are trying to compare 2 different graphic cards from different angles: a PC dedicated card and a notebook card. In this case I can say that nVidia card is more powerful than the AMD one. PC cards are designed to offer high processing power than one in a notebook.
