In order to fix the issue, you can either upgrade the software to the latest version, or run the Dll-Files Fixer utility. Dll-Files Fixer is an application developed to fix all .dll related problems. Also, I recommend you install the Combined Community Codec Pack. If the problem persists, you can use another 3GP player from Software Informer database.
