Where can I find the gird and radius, entry and exit options? What effect do they have on the safety factor?

In order to locate these options, I recommend that you check the user manual of the software. You can find it in the Hep menu:

For example, you can find details about the Grid option in the Command Reference > Set Commands > Set Grid:

Unfortunately, there is no information about the effect that these options have on the safety factor and you will need to contact the official developers for further details.
