Can't add a new room

I am making a design of a large building with many rooms. All the rooms have light fittings and all the calculations are set, but today I've needed to put in a new room and when I've pressed "Insert new room", the coordinates with the 4 points (you get when you start doing a room), went completely off the grid. Also, when I've come back into my other rooms to check the floor plan for the room, the light fittings went out of the building to the same position as the 4 points. This is hard to explain. Can you help me?

Unfortunately, there is no information about this error. My suggestion is to contact the support team and ask for help.
