First, download and install the latest version of WineBottler from the official web page and after that, go to Life Technologies Downloads section, click the PC button and save the file to your computer. Since the CopyCaller installer is an .exe file, right-click on it and select Open With > Wine/WineBottler. Also, you can double-click the file and check the first option when you will be asked "You are about to open a Wine file. What would you like to do with it?". Alternatively, you can use CrossOver.
